Helping The Differently Abled Person
They are not disabled… They are differently abled! While living with the emotional pain and social injustice, the differently abled people are usually short of finances. They are not able to cope with the common population when it comes to leading a comfortable life.
Sarim Burney Welfare Trust International strives to help these people live a normal life for which we try to back them financially. Since, they are differently abled, many people are able to do things that others cannot, and some have really artistic and sharp minds. Despite their inability to do a certain task, they have the potential to thrive in the industry.
As an attempt to remove the hurdles in their social and ethical way of life, Sarim Burney Welfare Trust International provides specially designed battery/electric cycles, wheelchairs, tricycle, for disable people, to name a few. These equipments have made transportation easier for these people and enhanced the community involvement. We work to fabricate a more enabling environment for acknowledging the rights of differently abled persons and collaborate with organisations supporting these people and making a ripple effect for a bigger change.
Financial Assistance And Support
Sarim Burney Welfare Trust International also provides financial aid for families where the bread earners have been handicapped and cannot support their families financially. We have set a monthly allowance for those families while keeping up the confidentiality for the sake of their dignity. The physiotherapies and treatments of these patients Families and individuals can receive their money in person; whereas people living in any other city or those who cannot travel can receive the amount through bank deposit.
At Sarim Burney Welfare Trust International, we are working tirelessly to create a society where every differently abled person will get preferential status and equal opportunities in all sectors so that they can have an integrated and dignified life. All our efforts and dedications are purposed to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve economic self-sufficiency accompanied by the inclusion and integration into all niches and aspects of the society.
Putting An End To The Ignorance
Sarim Burney Welfare Trust International believes that the differently abled people in our society do not get much support and acknowledgment and because of their incapability, they are always dragged back from getting their legal rights. To have a prosperous society, we need to change this attitude of the society.
Sarim Burney Welfare Trust International has been making waves for increasing the general awareness about the rights and challenges of the differently able. We have raised our voice time to time to shed light over the basic requirements & civic ethics the public should know at large. And, we’ll continue to make efforts to enhance the self-esteem and self-assurance among these people to envisage their future like a normal person.
